Week 5 Term 4 Update

Good afternoon parents,

Welcome to another amazing week here in 4R. I hope that you stayed cool in the heat of Saturday...I was lucky enough to enjoy a delicious high tea for an important charity and then spend time chilling by the pool. It was a little devastating when I soon realised it was time to start reports!

We had a fantastic excursion to Eagle Heritage last Thursday and another huge thank you to Fiona, Michelle, Mike and John for coming along to keep us safe and make sure that no birds of prey carried anyone off!

The students will be using this information that they gathered to begin planning for the bird of prey information report that we will be starting next week!

Our day was then finished off superbly with an artist workshop conducted by Alan Meyburgh...after a slight change to plan he came up to school and we had a great time working in the hall on creating a sculpture of a bird using a variety of recycled materials. I was blown away by there amazing creations and the students were super proud of themselves...rightly so I say!
