Week 6 Term 4

Good afternoon everyone,

I hope you had a wonderful weekend, doing something special with your family. It was great seeing many of you at the fete yesterday, even if it was when I was being drowned in the 'Dunk tank'!

Congratulations to Taylah for being our Star Citizen Award winner from last week. She has worked hard and has been an outstanding role model within our class all year.

LISTENING & SPEAKING TASK: 'If I could live in another part or the world...'
This week Banjo, Kobe, Hannah, Axton, Zahra and Kade will be presenting. Please see below the roster for the following weeks:

ASSEMBLY LAST WEEK
Thank you to those who were able to attend our assembly item last week. I was so proud of the children and the efforts they made to share the important messages we have been learning throughout the start of the term in such an effective way. They spoke with confidence and clarity, and best of all they really enjoyed themselves.

RECYCLED ART: Last Friday the children painted their backgrounds to their Recycled Art in preparation for the composition this week. To do this we will need to use hot glue guns. For safety reasons we would like a few parent helpers to man the glue guns to prevent children being burnt.

So if any parents are available to assist on Friday 12th November from 2.15pm, we would be most appreciative. LET ME KNOW IF YOU ARE AVAILABLE.

Fr Ian's Farewell Mass and Morning Tea - Friday 16th November
